A Day Off!

I SO much enjoyed my first day off in seven weeks! Eric happened to have the day off also, so we got to spend it together. I know this is normal for some people, but we usually never have days off in common, so we had to seize the moment. I actually slept until 8:30- I couldn't believe it! After this, I finally woke Eric up around 9:00 and we headed to breakfast. We stopped at the country club to pick up my paycheck and for Eric to say hello to all of his old co-workers.

After breakfast/errands, I got a lot of laundry done, and met Elizabeth for lunch. I got to hang out with her and Reiley, who is getting SO big!

THEN, Eric and I took Sadie to Pet Smart to get a new leash, since she chewed her old one, and some toys. We tried to take her to the dog park, but I didn't realize that it wasn't completely enclose and we were a little leary of letting her go without the leash so close to a highway. On our way home, we stopped at Rita's, which was AWESOME!

I came home, got a pedicure and went grocery shopping- I must say, I was pretty productive!

I have to work the rest of this weekend and I'm not looking forward to it, but hopefully I'll be putting away money for daycare or babysitting services soon!

Post for My Sister....

because she says I don't blog enough! Well, here ya go! Anyway, things are great- but busy... my phone died the other night, so I went and bought myself a BlackBerry! The technology geek that I am- I like being connected all the time.

I'm getting back into my exercise routine after my short bout with walking pneumonia. It wasn't that bad, but I did have trouble breathing when I tried to exercise.... so slowly, it's coming back!

I'm headed to a friend's for my bridesmaid dress fitting tonight... I'm pretty excited considering that her mom made it! It's simple and cute, just the way I like it...

Anyway, only 15 days of school left! Wahoo!
